Roblox takes a 30% marketplace fee on creator sales. The Robux you receive is called earned Robux — only earned Robux can ever be cashed out through DevEx. Robux you bought, or received from a Premium subscription, cannot.
DevEx pays US$0.0038 per earned Robux and the minimum cash-out is 30,000 earned Robux (about $114). You also need to meet DevEx eligibility (age and verification requirements, and Robux earned legitimately through your creations). The USD amount is what Roblox pays; what reaches your bank in ₹ or another currency depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day.
